Every day 7000 students chose to drop out of school.
Civic Enterprises recently interviewed dropouts and asked them what they thought would have improved their ability to finish school.  81% of dropouts said there should be more opportunities for “real-world” learning so that students can see the connection between school and getting a job. (Civic Enterprises 2006).

"They simply didn’t understand the value of an education".  We need to do a better job tying subjects and curriculum to lifestyle potential. "Kid's must be able to clearly see the benefits" said Dr. Tim Knowles a lifelong education administrator.
Moreover, countless discussions centered around the need for more role models to serve as mentor would help to motivate young students to work smarter , stay in school and accomplish a better life than what they were expose to.

The problem is, there may not be enough role models to go around. How do we reach the 7000 students that drop out of school each day?

The answer: You get to them early, with motivation and inspiration ignited by a glimpse into the lives of those whom have made a great life for themselves.

To that end, and with the guidance of School Psychologist, Teachers, Guidance Counselors and even Graduation couches, we have developed a DVD which features  successful people.
